- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup jalapeños, diced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until blended.
- Scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.
- Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry cheese balls in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain excess oil on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your favorite dips.
