- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup butter, cold and cubed

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Cut in the cubed butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Combine the mashed bananas, chocolate chips, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Knead the dough gently on a floured surface.
- Shape the dough into a circle about 1 inch thick and cut into wedges.
- Prepare the baking sheet with parchment paper and place the scones with space in between.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving.
Notes
