- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the mashed bananas, sugar, milk, melted butter, and egg in a large bowl.
- Blend the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the banana mixture by folding gently.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick on a floured surface.
- Prepare the filling by combining brown sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle it over the rolled-out dough.
- Roll the dough tightly from one edge into a log, then slice into even rolls.
- Bake the rolls in a greased baking dish for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Prepare the icing by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Drizzle the icing over warm rolls before serving.
