- 1 cup banana pudding mix
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- In a separate bowl, combine the banana pudding mix with whipped cream until smooth.
- Spread the banana pudding mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.
- Top with the remaining brownie batter and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving with sliced bananas on top.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
- Make sure the banana pudding is well chilled before spreading it on the brownies.
