Description

Banana Pudding Brownies are a delicious dessert that combines the rich flavors of brownies with the creamy goodness of banana pudding, creating a delightful treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine the banana pudding mix with whipped cream until smooth.
  8. Spread the banana pudding mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.
  9. Top with the remaining brownie batter and spread evenly.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  11. Allow to cool before slicing and serving with sliced bananas on top.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
  • Make sure the banana pudding is well chilled before spreading it on the brownies.
