A delightful BBQ Chicken Grilled Cheese sandwich combining tender BBQ chicken and gooey cheese in crispy sourdough bread.

- 2 slices of Sourdough Bread
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Butter
- 1 cup Cooked BBQ Chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
- Optional Toppings: pickles, caramelized onions, or sliced jalapeños
Instructions
- Preheat the skillet over medium heat.
- Spread garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread butter-side down in the skillet.
- Layer with BBQ chicken and cheese, then top with another slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Grill until the first side is golden brown, then flip and grill the other side until the cheese melts.
- Serve hot, optionally with toppings.
