Description

A delightful BBQ Chicken Grilled Cheese sandwich combining tender BBQ chicken and gooey cheese in crispy sourdough bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Sourdough Bread
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Butter
  • 1 cup Cooked BBQ Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
  • Optional Toppings: pickles, caramelized onions, or sliced jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Preheat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread butter-side down in the skillet.
  4. Layer with BBQ chicken and cheese, then top with another slice of bread, butter-side up.
  5. Grill until the first side is golden brown, then flip and grill the other side until the cheese melts.
  6. Serve hot, optionally with toppings.
