Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick, then cut into squares or triangles.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Spoon a dollop of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of each pastry square, add blueberries on top.
- Fold the pastry over to create a triangle and seal edges firmly with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg to enhance color.
- Place the pastries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
