Description

A delightful breakfast flatbread topped with creamy eggs, fresh vegetables, and melted cheese, perfect for a hearty morning meal.


Ingredients

  • Flatbread (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheese (sharp cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup Vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, tomatoes)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare flatbread on a baking sheet, ensuring it lays flat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top, followed by chopped vegetables.
  6. If desired, drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until eggs are set and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Allow to cool for a minute, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
