Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare flatbread on a baking sheet, ensuring it lays flat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
