Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the flour, softened butter, shredded mozzarella, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning in a mixing bowl.
- Roll the dough into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon.
- Place each dough ball onto your baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Slide the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
