Description

Deliciously cheesy bites filled with roasted garlic and Italian herbs, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the flour, softened butter, shredded mozzarella, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon.
  4. Place each dough ball onto your baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  6. Slide the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow them to cool for a moment before serving.
