- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, onion, bell pepper, garlic, ketchup, milk, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix until well combined and form into a loaf shape.
- Place the meatloaf in a greased baking dish.
- Top the meatloaf with the remaining cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
