Description

Cheesy Loaded Meatloaf Casserole is a comforting dish that combines the classic flavors of meatloaf with gooey cheese and hearty vegetables, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, onion, bell pepper, garlic, ketchup, milk, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into a loaf shape.
  4. Place the meatloaf in a greased baking dish.
  5. Top the meatloaf with the remaining cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
