Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake with a delightful chocolate and strawberry swirl, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until combined.
  6. Divide the batter in half; mix cocoa powder and chocolate syrup into one half.
  7. Pour the chocolate batter over the crust, then dollop the strawberry puree on top.
  8. Use a knife to swirl the strawberry puree into the chocolate batter.
  9. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  10. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
