Description

Cocoa Krispies Football Treats are a fun and delicious snack perfect for game day or any sports-themed party. These treats are easy to make and will surely score big with both kids and adults.


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups Cocoa Krispies cereal
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup white icing (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and add the Cocoa Krispies cereal, stirring until well coated.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  5. Allow to cool slightly, then cut into football shapes.
  6. Decorate with white icing to create laces on the footballs.

Notes

  • For a fun twist, add chocolate chips to the mixture before pressing into the pan.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
  • These treats can be made ahead of time and stored for up to a week.
