- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Brown the Beef: Heat your large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until it’s fully browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Mix in the Goodness: Stir in the drained black beans, diced tomatoes, and corn. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Melt the Cheeses: Lower the heat and add cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir continuously until melted and combined.
