Description

A creamy and indulgent dip featuring rich cream cheese, crumbled bacon, and zesty jalapeños, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
  • 2 jalapeños, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In your slow cooker, combine the cream cheese, corn, crumbled bacon, and diced jalapeños.
  2. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  3. Cook on low for approximately 120 minutes until creamy.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheese and chopped green onions for an additional 30 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes
