- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 8 oz Twisted Pasta
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Fresh Parsley for Garnish
Instructions
- Cook the twisted pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, tossing with olive oil.
- Sear the chicken in a large skillet with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper, cooking about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest before slicing.
- Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted into a smooth sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta, stirring well to coat with the creamy mixture.
- Slice the cooked chicken and place it on top of the pasta.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For a richer taste, you can substitute olive oil with butter when searing the chicken. Feel free to add sautéed vegetables for added flavor.
