Description

A comforting yet sophisticated dish combining tender chicken breasts, twisted pasta, and a luscious creamy garlic parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 8 oz Twisted Pasta
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Fresh Parsley for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the twisted pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, tossing with olive oil.
  2. Sear the chicken in a large skillet with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper, cooking about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Remove the chicken and let it rest before slicing.
  4. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted into a smooth sauce.
  6. Add the cooked pasta, stirring well to coat with the creamy mixture.
  7. Slice the cooked chicken and place it on top of the pasta.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For a richer taste, you can substitute olive oil with butter when searing the chicken. Feel free to add sautéed vegetables for added flavor.
