Description

A comforting bowl of creamy pasta with seasoned beef enveloped in a rich cheese sauce, perfect for cozy dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or parmesan)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the garlic: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about a minute.
  3. Brown the beef: Add the ground beef to the skillet. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Make the sauce: Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream and shredded cheese. Keep stirring until creamy.
  5. Combine pasta and sauce: Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce and serve immediately, garnished with extra cheese or fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Serve with garlic bread or a mixed green salad for a balanced meal. Can be customized with veggies or spices.
