Description

A comforting pasta dish featuring linguine tossed in a rich and creamy Parmesan sauce with ground beef and garlic.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz linguine
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook until al dente. Drain, reserving about a cup of pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine, letting it simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Toss the cooked linguine into the skillet, ensuring it’s thoroughly coated with the sauce. Add reserved pasta water as necessary.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. You can prepare the sauce ahead of time and store it in the fridge.
