Ingredients
Scale
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- Gently stir in the heavy cream, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Ladle the chowder into bowls, garnishing with fresh parsley.
