- 200g gnocchi
- 150g salmon fillet
- 100g cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water, stirring occasionally until they float.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
- Place the salmon fillet in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Stir in the cream cheese until melted and creamy.
- Toss the cooked gnocchi in the skillet to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh dill or parsley before serving.
Notes
For a different twist, try using smoked salmon or substitute cream cheese with ricotta. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
