Description

A comforting dish of tender gnocchi coated in a creamy sauce with salmon and herbs, perfect for special occasions or cozy evenings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g gnocchi
  • 150g salmon fillet
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water, stirring occasionally until they float.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
  4. Place the salmon fillet in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. Stir in the cream cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Toss the cooked gnocchi in the skillet to coat in the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with fresh dill or parsley before serving.

Notes

For a different twist, try using smoked salmon or substitute cream cheese with ricotta. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
