- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 strips of bacon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Spices: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and season with spices.
- Set up the breading station with flour, buttermilk, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat the chicken strips in flour, buttermilk, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Fry the chicken in a skillet with vegetable oil until golden brown and crispy, about 5–7 minutes.
- Cook the bacon until crispy and crumble into pieces.
- Assemble the wrap with ranch dressing, lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, and bacon in each tortilla.
- Wrap it up tightly and slice in half to serve.
Notes
For a healthier version, consider baking the chicken instead of frying and using whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas.
