Description

Delicious wraps filled with crispy chicken, savory bacon, fresh vegetables, and creamy ranch dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 strips of bacon
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • Spices: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and season with spices.
  2. Set up the breading station with flour, buttermilk, and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat the chicken strips in flour, buttermilk, and panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry the chicken in a skillet with vegetable oil until golden brown and crispy, about 5–7 minutes.
  5. Cook the bacon until crispy and crumble into pieces.
  6. Assemble the wrap with ranch dressing, lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, and bacon in each tortilla.
  7. Wrap it up tightly and slice in half to serve.

Notes

For a healthier version, consider baking the chicken instead of frying and using whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas.
