Description

A warm, gooey dip that combines the nostalgic flavors of a Big Mac, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a heavy skillet, seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, until fully cooked.
  2. Drain excess grease from the beef.
  3. Combine cooked beef with shredded cheddar, cubed Velveeta, diced pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice in a crockpot.
  4. Cook on LOW for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Switch to WARM setting when ready to serve, optionally garnishing with sesame seeds or more pickles.

Notes

Make sure not to overcook the beef and regularly stir the dip while cooking to avoid sticking.
