Description

A creamy, cheesy dip infused with zesty buffalo sauce, perfect for gatherings and parties.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo wing sauce. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add cheddar cheese into the mixture, folding it gently, and sprinkle green onions if using.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden around the edges.
  6. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies for dipping.

Notes

You can prepare the dip a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator before baking. Adjust the spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
