Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey with taco seasoning until fully cooked.
- Lay the low-carb tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- In the center of the tortilla, layer the cooked meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and avocado.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center to create a wrap.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place the crunchwrap seam-side down.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.
