- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Combine the uncooked rice, chicken broth, olive oil, garlic, dill, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper in the baking dish.
- Arrange the chicken pieces over the rice mixture.
- Whisk together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken and rice.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle feta cheese on top, and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
