Description

Crispy Malibu Chicken elevates the classic chicken dinner, combining juicy chicken, savory ham, and melty Swiss cheese in a crunchy coating.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) if you choose to bake.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour.
  4. Dip the floured chicken into the beaten eggs.
  5. Coat with bread crumbs and set aside.
