Description

Ingredients

  • 300g Pasta (Spaghetti or Penne)
  • 2 Chicken Breasts (cooked and diced)
  • 100g Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • 100g Olives (Kalamata or green)
  • 100g Feta Cheese (crumbled)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Herbs (like parsley or basil) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Sauté the chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and olives in the skillet for about 5 minutes.
  4. Combine the drained pasta with the chicken mixture, mixing well. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if desired.
  5. Season with crumbled feta, oregano, salt, and pepper, stirring until combined.
