Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Sauté the chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and olives in the skillet for about 5 minutes.
- Combine the drained pasta with the chicken mixture, mixing well. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if desired.
