- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares, roughly 3 inches each.
- Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square and gather the corners to form a ball.
- Arrange the stuffed dough balls in a football shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, add minced garlic and herbs, stirring until fragrant.
- Brush the garlic herb butter generously over the dough balls.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
For a crisp texture, consider using an air fryer instead. You can customize the filling by adding pepperoni or cooked sausage.
