Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions until caramelized.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked orzo, shredded chicken, caramelized onions, beef broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
