- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup creamy garlic Parmesan dressing
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped (optional)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic Parmesan dressing, and Italian seasoning. Stir until blended. Set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the rolls in half horizontally without separating them, and place the bottom half on a greased baking sheet.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Make the garlic butter by combining melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley (if using).
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for a quick option. Customize with additional toppings like sautéed veggies or different cheeses.
