- 2 medium zucchinis

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the steak for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- While the steak is grilling, slice the zucchinis into rounds and toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the zucchini for about 3-4 minutes on each side until tender and slightly charred.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
- Once the steak is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
- Assemble the bowl by placing sliced steak and grilled zucchini over a bed of rice or greens, and drizzle with the sauce.
