Description

A delicious and healthy grilled steak bowl topped with a flavorful sauce and grilled zucchini, perfect for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the steak for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  4. While the steak is grilling, slice the zucchinis into rounds and toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Grill the zucchini for about 3-4 minutes on each side until tender and slightly charred.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
  7. Once the steak is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
  8. Assemble the bowl by placing sliced steak and grilled zucchini over a bed of rice or greens, and drizzle with the sauce.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
