Description

Delicious and crispy hashbrown sausage bites perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the hashbrowns, cooked sausage, cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the beaten egg and mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
