- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the hashbrowns, cooked sausage, cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the beaten egg and mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
