Description

Delicious sliders featuring cheese-filled meatballs, rich marinara sauce, and melted mozzarella in sweet Hawaiian rolls, perfect for gatherings or cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 12 cheese-filled Meatballs
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic (if using).
  3. Place meatballs in the skillet and sear until browned on all sides.
  4. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Layer seared meatballs on the bottom half of the rolls.
  6. Spoon marinara sauce over meatballs and top with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Cap with the top halves of the rolls.
  8. Bake for about 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a crispy texture, consider broiling sliders for the last minute of baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
