Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix blueberries, lemon juice, and sugar.
  4. Place a spoonful of the blueberry mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create a pocket.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
