Description

A delightful blend of flavors combining honey, hot pepper sauce, pasta, and chicken, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Panini bread or sandwich rolls

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, mayonnaise, hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper to create a sauce.
  2. Combine the cooked pasta and shredded chicken in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the sauce over the pasta and chicken, mixing until well combined.
  4. Preheat a panini press or skillet over medium heat.
  5. Assemble the panini by adding the pasta mixture to slices of panini bread or sandwich rolls, layering with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Brush the outside of the bread with olive oil.
  7. Grill on the panini press or skillet until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes.
  8. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Use leftover chicken to save time. Adjust the amount of hot pepper sauce according to your spice preference. Feel free to add veggies like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition and flavor.
