Description

Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool Dates
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Pistachios, chopped
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Medjool dates by carefully pitting them.
  3. Combine ricotta cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  4. Chop the pistachios and fold them into the ricotta mixture.
  5. Stuff each date with the ricotta-pistachio mixture.
  6. Place stuffed dates on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 5-7 minutes until warm.
  8. Drizzle with extra honey before serving warm.

Notes

Use room temperature ricotta for easier mixing. Prepare in advance and store in the fridge.
