Description

A delicious chocolate roll filled with creamy peanut butter and topped with chocolate ganache, perfect for dessert lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture.
  5. Spread the batter evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool completely before spreading peanut butter on top.
  8. Roll the cake tightly and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  9. Meanwhile, heat heavy cream and pour it over chocolate chips to make ganache.
  10. Unroll the cake, spread ganache on top, and re-roll it.
  11. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Ensure the cake is completely cool before rolling to prevent cracking.
  • You can substitute crunchy peanut butter for a different texture.
