- 4 large eggs

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture.
- Spread the batter evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool completely before spreading peanut butter on top.
- Roll the cake tightly and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat heavy cream and pour it over chocolate chips to make ganache.
- Unroll the cake, spread ganache on top, and re-roll it.
- Slice and serve chilled.
