Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (for garnish)
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken pieces to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Pour the peanut sauce over the chicken and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce is heated through.
