- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup diced jalapenos (fresh or pickled)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, diced jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For extra heat, use fresh jalapenos instead of pickled.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
