  • Prepared Pizza Dough
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated
  • Gochujang BBQ Sauce
  • Kimchi
  • Scallions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the dough on a floured pizza peel, shaping it into a 12-inch round.
  3. Sauce the crust with 2 tablespoons of Gochujang BBQ sauce, leaving a ½-inch border.
  4. Layer the sauce with ½ to ¾ cup of grated mozzarella.
  5. Add the sliced chicken thighs evenly over the cheese.
  6. Prepare the kimchi by squeezing out excess liquid and scatter it over the chicken.
  7. Finish by adding another ¼ cup of mozzarella and drizzling more BBQ sauce on top.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes on a preheated pizza stone until the crust is golden.
