- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the tater tot package instructions.
- Spread the tater tots evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake until golden and crispy, usually around 20–25 minutes.
- Remove the tray from the oven and sprinkle cheese and bacon bits over the tots.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven for a few more minutes to melt the cheese.
- Serve immediately, topped with sour cream and green onions.
Notes
For a twist, use sweet potato tots. Feel free to customize with additional toppings like jalapeños or guacamole.
