Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until softened.
