- ½ cup Italian breadcrumbs or blanched almond flour
- ¾ cup yellow onion, chopped
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced

- Chopped cucumbers
- Kalamata olives
- Tzatziki sauce
- Fresh dill
- Lemon wedges or slices
- Cooked rice or pearl couscous
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs (or almond flour), chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs about the size of golf balls. Place them on a lined baking sheet with space between each meatball.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes. For extra crispness, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- While the meatballs bake, prepare your rice or couscous according to package instructions and chop the cucumbers.
- Assemble your bowl with a base of rice or couscous, topped with meatballs, cucumbers, and tzatziki sauce.
- Garnish with fresh dill and lemon wedges before serving.
