- 100 g Nutella or jam
- 100 g grated cheese (e.g., Cheddar or Gruyère)
- 1 egg yolk (for brushing)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry evenly on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into equal triangles.
- Place a spoonful of Nutella or jam on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the triangles from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the filling.
- Place the rolled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with egg yolk.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
