Description

Delightful mini-croissants filled with Nutella, jam, or cheese, perfect for brunch or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • 100 g Nutella or jam
  • 100 g grated cheese (e.g., Cheddar or Gruyère)
  • 1 egg yolk (for brushing)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry evenly on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into equal triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of Nutella or jam on the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the triangles from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the filling.
  6. Place the rolled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with egg yolk.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.

Notes
