Description

Molly Yeh’s Hammy Breakfast Hotdish is a delicious and hearty breakfast casserole that combines ham, eggs, and cheese for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cups frozen hash browns

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
