Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and warm until shimmering.
- Toss in the bite-sized chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, then add the lemon juice and zest, stirring to combine.
