Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with vibrant cupcake liners.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until the mixture resembles clouds—light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
  4. Stir in the milk, orange zest, and orange juice.
  5. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a separate bowl.
  6. Add the dry mixture to your wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  7. Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with batter.
