- 300 g Chicken Breast
- 200 ml Cream
- 1 Onion
- 2 Cloves of Garlic

Instructions
- Begin by boiling water in a large pot. Add a generous amount of salt, then cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.
- While the pasta cooks, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Dice the onion and mince the garlic, then add them to the pan. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent and fragrant, around 3–4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes. Once the onion is ready, add the chicken to the pan. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, approximately 7–10 minutes.
- Reduce the heat, then pour in the cream, stirring well to beautifully combine the ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, infusing the sauce with flavor.
- Once the pasta is done, drain it and carefully fold it into the creamy chicken sauce. Ensure each strand gets a luxurious coat of sauce.
- Finish by garnishing with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot, savoring every creamy, flavorful bite.
