Description

Delightful no-bake treats combining the rich flavors of peanut butter, oats, and dark chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and creamy peanut butter. Mix until fully coated.
  2. Add honey or maple syrup and stir until sticky and well-combined.
  3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture into the bottom evenly.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the oat mixture and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set, then cut into squares.

Notes

These cups can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or frozen for about three months.
