Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and creamy peanut butter. Mix until fully coated.
- Add honey or maple syrup and stir until sticky and well-combined.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture into the bottom evenly.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the oat mixture and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set, then cut into squares.
Notes
These cups can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or frozen for about three months.
