Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes: Peel and cut the potatoes into uniform cubes, about 2-3 cm each.

- Sauté the Garlic: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the garlic until golden brown.
- Make the Cream Sauce: Pour in heavy cream, simmer briefly, and season with salt and pepper.
- Combine and Coat: Drain the potatoes and add them to the skillet, gently folding them into the sauce.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and enjoy hot.
