- 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

- Add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add ground pork, cooking until browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Add shredded cabbage and carrot, cooking until just wilted.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the pork and cabbage mixture.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
