Description

A delicious and hearty potsticker noodle bowl featuring savory pork and a refreshing cabbage slaw.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz. noodles
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  4. Add ground pork, cooking until browned and fully cooked.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add shredded cabbage and carrot, cooking until just wilted.
  7. Combine the cooked noodles with the pork and cabbage mixture.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

  • Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas.
