- 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup strawberry cake mix
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Pour the Rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl and set aside.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract to the melted chocolate and stir well.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the Rice Chex and fold gently with a spatula.
- Combine the strawberry cake mix and powdered sugar in a separate bag or bowl.
- Add the coated Rice Chex and shake until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet to cool.
- Toss in the chopped strawberries once cooled and enjoy!
